Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, and you may need to cancel or reschedule. Please make sure you notify us at least 6 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
You can cancel or reschedule online via the booking system. If you don’t know what date you want to reschedule for, you can cancel your booking and it can remain as a credit on your account until you are ready to re-book.
Cancellations at least 6 hours before your appointment will allow your booking to be transferred to another date. This advance notice allows someone else on the waitlist to fill that scheduled appointment spot.
Late cancellations with less than 6 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee (you will forfeit your session). Late cancellations may prevent others from participating in sessions, as there are limited spaces available, and someone else may miss out on an appointment. This is why we enforce our 6 hour minimum notice period.
Missed appointments will also incur a 100% cancellation fee (you will forfeit your session).
You will receive an email & sms reminder 24 hours in advance of your session.
Online cancellations are strongly preferred. If you are unable to cancel online, you can call or txt Samadhi Holistic Wellness on 0403 857 808. Please note: social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.) is not accepted as a suitable form of communication to cancel a session.
Exceptions:
We understand that sometimes emergencies or serious unforeseen circumstances may occur, and it is at the discretion of Samadhi Holistic Wellness if a cancellation fee will be charged in these circumstances. Examples of this may include serious illness, extreme weather events and/or road closures. Exceptions will not be accepted for missed appointments.
If for any reason Samadhi Holistic Wellness needs to cancel a class, women’s circle or Reiki session then you will not be charged for that booking. You have the option to re-schedule for another date, or if you prefer a refund that can be arranged in these circumstances. (Note: for bookings made with a 5 or 10 class or circle pass, your booking will remain as an unused credit on that pass).
Late arrival policy:
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your appointment (at least 10 minutes if it is your first appointment). This ensures that you have enough time to settle in beforehand, and allows your session to start on time.
In classes or circles, arriving 5-10 minutes early reduces disruption for other attendees, so please ensure you arrive early out of respect for the others attending the session.
The door may be locked around 5-10 minutes after the commencement of classes or circles, so we cannot guarantee entry if you arrive late.
If you arrive late to a Reiki session, your allocated booking time cannot be extended, as there may be another client booked after you.
Terms and conditions:
Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Bookings can be transferred to an alternate date, if rescheduled at least 6 hours in advance.
Bookings and/or passes can be transferred to another person to take your place. To arrange this, please notify Samadhi Holistic Wellness in writing in advance of the booking date.
All booking credits must be used within 12 months.
Samadhi Holistic Wellness reserves the right to update its timetable, pricing and policies at any time without notice.
By making a booking with Samadhi Holistic Wellness, you agree to this cancellation policy, late arrival policy, and these terms and conditions.
